Hewo there friends! My name is Scarlett. I'm a charming German Shepherd/Australian Kelpie mix born on March 9, 2021! With a heart full of love, I was rescued by the Cantu Foundation from a lonely field in Mexico, and since then have really flourished in my foster home! My foster family says I should be 45lbs when I’m a full grown doggo & I would love to tell you a bit more about myself!

I'm fully house & crate trained, great on the leash, and potty trained; making me an ideal companion for anyone! I’m both spayed and vaccinated & ready for any adventure, hopefully with you. While I prefer to be the center of attention as the only pet in the household, I've earned great reviews as a total cuddle bug and I absolutely love spending time with my hoomans! Because I do have some anxiety, I am currently taking medicine to help out my fears, but good news; they say I’m becoming very independent!

I do have some fears of other furry friends, but I think I just need some more time and training!

My favorite pastime? Exploring the great outdoors, especially some fetch at the field! I thrive on activity and long for a human companion who shares my zest for adventure. Whether it's embarking on thrilling hikes or cuddles and movies on the couch, I'm always up for making cherished memories with my furever family.

My loyalty and affection for my human counterparts are boundless! With patience and understanding, I promise to fill your home with endless love and joy. In an ideal world, I would love a backyard, but have lived in an apartment with my foster family. Truly all that matters to me is that I have YOU by my side! Do I sound like the perfect loving companion for you?

My adoption fee is $150, this fee covers my first year of vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip. Do I sound like the dog for you? You can fill out an application to adopt at https://www.thecantufoundation.org/adopt.html (https://www.thecantufoundation.org/adopt.html)
