Put your hands in the air where I can see ‘em! Just kidding…I’ve put my bank robbing days behind me. My name’s Clyde, and I’m a 2-3-year-old, male, bandit...I mean Terrier Mix. I tip the scales at about 22 lbs. I was rescued from a neglectful owner who kept me and many other dogs in an outdoor area and would leave us alone for months at a time. Those were some terrible times, I’ll tell you. But things are looking up thanks to the folks at TCF! While I’m house and crate trained, I’m still getting the hang of the leash.
Besides my bandit background, I’m a pretty shy, but very sweet doggo. I’m a medium energy pup who, despite my harsh upbringing, has no separation anxiety. While I’m a little more reserved, I do become playful after Iacclimates to a hooman. Have some patience with me at first, because I can be a fairly timid fella when I don’t know you. Doggos on the other hand, I warm up to pretty quick. A more reserved pupper in the home may be ideal, however. Haven’t ever been around kitties or mini hoomans, so not quite sure how I’d feel. Bur you know, I bet if a baby hooman were to feed me roast chicken we’d become fast friends. I. Love. Roast. Chicken.
My perfect furever home would be with another pupperwho is a bit more active, but respectful of me and my boundaries. Older, respectful baby hoomans over 16would be best. Ultimately, I’d dig a quiet or mildly active home, with no yelling, running around, or rough housing.I may be young, but I can be a bit of a scrouge! A sweet Scrouge, but a Scrouge, nonetheless. Blame it on my bandit years! Life on the run is ruff. If you’re looking for an Outlaw to spend your days with, look no further. My adoption fee is $450 and that includes vetting care (I’m already neutered). To take me home, please fill out the form on the website here http://www.thecantufoundation.org/adopt.html .
