Hi! My name is George! I am a year old, male, shepherd/lab mix weighing in at about 45 pounds! I am here because the wonderful people at The Cantu Foundation found and saved me! I was living on the streets in Mexico but a nice lady was feeding me every day before I got hit by a car. Luckily I didn’t break anything in the accident and then I was rescued so I can find a real home! I am house trained and working on my leash manners and I’m ready to come home with you. I just know we can be best friends!
I am lovable, playful and curious and I love my toys! I am great with other dogs at my foster home and I’m pretty good with kids and I’ve been okay with cats! I need a little training so I can learn not to jump on kids that are too small to play with me. Once I get all my puppy energy out every day, I love naps and cuddling!
I hope to go to a new home with a family that is ready to grow with me and help train me to be a good doggie in the years to come. I can go to a home with dog and human siblings and love to be active! I hope my new family will spend time running and playing with me in the yard. I’d be okay left alone in my crate during the day if you have to leave for a little while to work but obviously would prefer that we get to hang out all the time. I love everyone so far and adjust well to my surroundings after a short time! My adoption fee is $450 and that includes spaying/neutering and vetting care.
