Who likes Hazelnut in their morning coffee? Okay, maybe not IN their coffee, but what about with? Because that’s me! I’m Hazelnut, and I’m a spunky, not-so-little, 4-year-old female Pitbull weighing about 80 lbs. Told ya, I wasn’t so little. I arrived at TCF after I was found pregnant in Mexico. One of the many, I suppose! I gave birth to perfect babies, but it was a harrowing experience, if I’m being honest. I, and my babies, almost didn’t make it! We sure are happy we did, though.
Let’s get to know one another – Aside from being pretty, I’m smart, too! Beauty and brains as they say. I’m fully potty-trained, great on a leash, and I’m so well behaved, I don’t even need a crate. Talk about a triple threat! I’m also great with other dogs (just make sure we meet the right way!) and kids. Cats – who knows about, but I’m sure I’d like ‘em.
My personality is what’s really going to sell you on me – I’m very calm and loving. And no one will make you feel more adored than me after you come home from being gone. Some of my favorite things to do are play fetch, lay on the couch, and snuggle while we watch a movie. Sounds like bliss, eh?
My ideal home would be somewhere I can be surrounded with kids(all sizes). I’ll play and lick them until the cows come home. I’m no stranger to being used as a pillow and I’ll even help with tucking the kiddos in at night. Pick them up from school? I’d love to! You would just need to do the driving. I love attention and to be close to my people, so please don’t leave me alone for too long. I can handle long periods of time away without being destructive, no problem, though. I’m an amazing doggo that just wants her humans to be protected and loves providing that in the home. I also love to hang out with everyone and am very social. I know I’m the girl for you, I can just feel it! My adoption fee is $250, this fee covers my first year of vaccinations, spay, and microchip.
