Why hewo der! My name is Kitty. I am a 2-year-old, spayed female, Lab/Corgi/Pittie Mix weighing around 25 lbs. I am here because The Cantu Foundation helped rescue me when my owner surrendered me in Mexico. I am house trained and I’m working on my leash etiquette, I need a strong leader when I’m walking! When it comes to crate training, I am not all the way trained on that, but I will hang out in there. I am fully vaccinated.
I am very sweet! I love to cuddle and be in your lap, but also, I have a spunky side! I will play for hours if you give me another pup and I will hold my weight while playing, even with my foster’s 70 lbs. doggo. I have a very loyal and calm demeanor and I bring happiness to any room and anyone that meets me (so my foster says). While I have these amazing qualities, I am is working on my anxiety when leaving the house. I often get nervous when going on walkies and when there are loud noises (just so scary!). This is just outside, I am totally fine indoors where I feel like I’m the queen of the house. My favorite thing to do is to cuddle up into my hoomans arms and watch a movie. I will not leave your side! I am dog friendly, but I need to have a nice introduction with the other doggo. I haven’t really had any interactions with cats and little hoomans so not sure how I would be with them. I can’t wait to find my furever home, will you be my hooman?
My perfect furever home would be one with love and affection as I just want to spoil you with all of mine! A home with a Furr sibling is a MUST, since I can sometimes be nervous a Furr siblings can bring me comfort. The only thing my foster could see me having anxiety over would possibly be a very loud exterior environment. My adoption fee is $400 and that includes spaying/neutering and vetting care.
