My journey began with a bit of a rough start alongside my sister, Elizabeth, when we were found abandoned in a bush. Im Jackie, a sweet Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix, and at just 5.5 months old, Ive already shown incredible resilience. During that time, I suffered a severe eye injury that ultimately led to the removal of one eye, but please know, that hasn't dimmed my spirit or my ability to enjoy every moment life has to offer.
My Unique Sparkle: My journey gave me a special look, as I only have one eye, but trust me, it doesn't slow me down one bit when it comes to running around with my sister or exploring new scents.
Lap Warmer Pro: I'm a master of personal space invasion when it comes to getting a good cuddle, always ready to crawl right into your lap for a big hug.
Sun Bather Extraordinaire: When I'm not playing or cuddling, you can often find me stretched out, soaking up the warm rays on a cool, breezy day, enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
Crate Comfort Queen: My crate is my comfy den, a secure and peaceful place where I feel completely at ease and enjoy resting.
Overall, I'm a pretty chill pup, which might surprise you given my young age and breed. I am the sweetest girl you will ever know and I absolutely adore people, thriving on gentle affection and ready to become the most loving companion to a patient family. I already know how to sit, and I'm diligently learning all sorts of new manners, like greeting visitors without jumping and understanding the joy of a good leash walk, which I benefit from with consistent, positive training. My potty training is also making great progress, as I'm quickly understanding that the best spots are outside. With my loving nature and eagerness to learn, I'm truly ready to share my heart and home with you.
