Hi, I’m Tokyo!

I’m a small-but-mighty terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. I was born around May 11, 2024, and will likely grow to about 17 pounds—just the right size to be your adventure buddy and your snuggle sidekick. My journey started on the streets of Mexico, where I was found very sick, but thanks to a kind rescuer and lots of love, I made a full recovery. Now I’m thriving in foster care and looking for my forever home!

A little more about me:

I’m almost fully potty trained and don’t need a crate—I do great without one! I have a bit of separation anxiety (just a little whimpering when you leave), but I calm down quickly. I’ve got moderate energy, so I’m up for playtime but also love relaxing at home. I’m affectionate, cuddly, and a little goofy—in other words, I’m a total catch.

What’s my dream home?

I’d love a yard to run around in, but I also do great in an apartment. I enjoy hanging out on the balcony and watching the world go by. I’d be thrilled to have doggy siblings, and I’d really thrive with someone who enjoys snuggles, dog park dates, and daily love fests. I haven’t been around cats or kids yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about them, but I’m super friendly with everyone I’ve met so far.
