Hi... Im Wrennie.
Im a young Shepherd mix girl, born around January 1, 2026. Im expected to be about 45-50 pounds when Im fully grown. Im still learning all about the world, and while I may be a little shy at first, theres a gentle, playful heart inside me just waiting to blossom and show you what a sweet, playful, loving pup I really am!
My story started out a little wild-I was found living in a foxhole with my mom and siblings, and I had never been touched by humans before being rescued. After about a month at the sanctuary in Mexico, I made my way to a foster home with my mom and sister, where Ive learned what safety and love feel like.
Heres why youll fall in love with me:
Gentle Soul: Im a sensitive, yet playful, loving girl who has learned that humans are my friends who will give me love, treats, and lots of attention!
Playful Pup: I love playing with toys and especially enjoy romping around with my sister and other dogs. Having a dog friend makes me feel brave.
Dog-Loving Companion: I need another confident, friendly dog in my home. I take comfort in other pups and look to them for guidance and reassurance.
Cozy Cuddler: One of my favorite things is lying on the couch with a human and especially another dog—any dog will do!
Growing Braver Every Day: since I didnt grow up around humans, my first instinct might be to hide when something feels scary or I get startled, but Ive learned that good things come from kind humans.
Im mostly house broken and only use a pee pad at night (but hardly ever).
I feel very safe when Im inside my own house and yard, so Im still trying to be brave when I go for leash walks. My sister and dog friends where I live help me be brave, and Im working on my confidence on walks. I dont require a crate, but I do need a calm, understanding environment.
My dream home? A quiet, patient household with at least one other playful dog to show me the ropes. A home with a yard would be amazing so I can explore and feel confident in a safe space. Ive never been without my sister or other dogs, so having a canine companion isnt optional for me—its essential.
I have so much love to give once I feel safe. I love attention and snuggles. If you have a gentle heart, a little patience, and a friendly dog who would like a new sister who wouldnt mind showing me the way, I just might be your girl.
Could you be the one to help me write my happy ending?
My adoption fee is $550, which covers my vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip.
Do I sound like your new best friend?
